This summer, joining us will be James Beard Award nominated and Chopped Grillmaster’s Champion Ernest Servantes of Burnt Bean Company, the 4th ranked barbecue restaurant in Texas along with Chopped Texas BBQ winner Leonard Botello, owner of Truth Barbecue, the 3rd ranked barbecue restaurant in Texas.

In the class, you’ll get the opportunity to learn how two of the hottest names in barbecue smoke brisket and ribs, craft their special sausages and create some of the most unique dishes in barbecue. As an added bonus, Robert Jacob Lerma, writer, photographer and COO/CFO of Treaty Oak Distillery will host an overview and tasting of another American classic, bourbon.
You’ll get the chance to learn about bourbon while eating food made for a King, or Queen.
